1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cornerstone website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Cornerstone (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other members
• Posting unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to bypass security, scrape data, or overload our systems
• Using the Service for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
• Misrepresenting AI-generated text as divine revelation or professional advice

5. Spiritual & AI content

AI-assisted features. Prayers, devotionals, dream reflections, Bible summaries, quizzes, and similar tools are generated with Cornerstone AI to offer spiritual encouragement and study aids. They are not divine revelation, prophecy, or a substitute for Scripture, your church, or professional counsel. Always weigh suggestions against the Bible and trusted spiritual leadership.

6. Community features

Stories, Jesus Market listings, family prayer rooms, and messaging must reflect Christian community standards. Giveaways in Jesus Market are free gifts only — no sales or payments between members through that feature. We may remove content or restrict features that violate our guidelines.

7. Payments, wallet & subscriptions

Where enabled, donations, wallet top-ups, subscriptions, and reward redemptions are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, and refund rules are shown at checkout. Digital goods and ministry support may be non-refundable except where required by law. Cornerstone Points and in-app rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated in a promotion.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, design, and preloaded content, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service. Do not copy or redistribute our materials without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or service changes. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limits of liability) will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, please discontinue use and contact us to close your account.
